As industry and operating advisors for our clients, we work directly with our clients companies to drive value at the operating level with both management and strategic advice. We build and restructure operating platforms for our clients, typically on a co-investments basis. We have extensive industry experience in consumer, real estate and commercial finance, emerging media, oil and gas services, distressed products, derivative financial instruments and special situation investments. 

We also act on a limited basis as an independent, third-party in the evaluation process, to provide impartial, fair valuations designed to facilitate our client's investments. Our valuation practice focuses on complex level three instruments such as private investments, derivatives and residuals where traditional market pricing is not available. Our consulting activity also focuses on data science. We like data and find we use it to drive value in all our activities.

Our approach is to focus on a few situations and know them extremely well. We take a deep-dive for our clients and stay with an assignment past fruition, more as a partner than a provider. We only take on assignments we have the bandwidth to complete.
